Ben overcame a major motorcycle accident and gives all honor and glory to Jesus Christ for saving him. He still struggles with some things, like finding the words he wants to use and combatting seizures, but "it's a privilege and joy to be married, have a child, and play sitting volleyball for the USA." Hopes to own his own storage business in the future

Who do you admire most? His grandpa. “He started from nothing and showed that hard work and dedication will always succeed. He is in his 70’s now and he is still working hard and proving that you never give up on your dreams, no matter how old you are.”
